Explorer Express

When it comes to modern tuner vehicles, it is evident that well-matched, high-quality components must be used and matched to provide a balance between engine performance and handling performance. Dave and Pat Vanek of Explorer Express also use this theory. Their handling package starts with lowering its Explorers 2 inches, then upgrading the anti-roll bars and installing Edelbrock shock absorbers. The front are also upgraded to 13 inch rotors & Team Dynamics 17 inch wheels with Pirelli Scorpion 265/60-17 tires are added to the package.

Explorer Express is a full service shop, so a variety of engine modifications can be ordered. Truck Trend Magazine* tested an Explorer Express model with an Eaton supercharger, K&N airfilter, 3" cat-back exhaust, and a TransGo shift kit.

Explorer Express also has a body styling kit to compliment its performance package. The kit includes an Express front air dam, rear deflector, Cord running boards, and PIAA lighting. Its obvious that Explorer Express strives to maintain its balance.
