1996 KirkwoodConvention--People's choice award. What
a beautiful car. I talked to the owner who'd been working on it for years. He
told me he got if from an intinerant skydiver who'd been living in it. I over
heard the concours judges as they inspected, and dismissed the car. They thought
it over the top. Seemed a bit snobish to me. I was glad when it was voted the
'peoples' choice. The white one (70 & 73) are my choices!
The Lake Placid lineup.
Note the soccerball wheels--love 'em. Holy quest for lug nuts for
