This New Beetle is owned by a member of the Cincinnati VW Club! Featuring cool accessories such as the PIP roof rack and custom floor/trunk mats, this New Beetle has wonderful home! These photos were taken August 21, 1998 at a CVC club meeting.

On October 10, 1998, I drove across town when I heard there was a Cyber Green New Beetle at a local VW dealer! I borrowed a digital camera from work so I could get the pictures online ASAP. (Now I want to buy a digital camera!) The color was pretty cool and would be high on my list of color choices. The only thing that bothered me was the dealer wouldn't sell it for anything less that $29,000 despite a sticker price of $16,700 or so. But as I was told, it's "free enterprise."

While I was there, the salesman encouraged me to go into the showroom and take pictures of a black New Beetle that they had outfitted with a sunroof and rear wing. I really liked the graphics that were added. Job well done!
