Most of the mods are from reading and talking to people and knowing who is real and who is B.S . Plus being a ford d alership mechaniac and understanding what a car likes to function helps. want to hear more on this issue, please use (sla1 @psu.edu) to reply. |

S-Trim | Comments: You have a very nice looking Mustang, same color as my own. Just curious why you went w. an Explorer lower - price/balanced flow? I suspect an extrude hone would get you the same flow as the newer third-party intakes. I am currently looking into the Ex lorer myself with a sheet metal box for an upper. |

Brett Zercher - 02/23/99 03:40:15 My Email:[email protected] Year of Mustang: 1991 Mustang LX Best ET & mph: [email protected] Major mods: GT-40 Aluminum heads, GT-40 intake, 75MAF, 70MMTB, 30#injectors, Lunati 51014 cam, 3" Mac exhaust 3.73 gears and Draglites with 275/50/15 BFG Drag radials. | Comments: Your page looks good. Saw 1999 GT over the weekend. I seem to like it. But after seeing the one on your home page it made me want to get one like that. That's the way the 1999's need to look from the factory. Also the 12.54 pass was made on drag radia s with a bad clutch. My short time was 1.73 with a 5,000rpm launch and was also the last for that clutch. The drag radials work. Don't be scared to burn them if you have them. Heat them for about 5 sec. This seems to work the best. |
