Do you have a question about how to do something?
Have you done installs before and would like to share it with other?
I recently was asked what was involved in putting air ride in my 91 Mazda, here was my reply. I'm no expert so don't expect the world OK.
Well When I put them in the front I ordered the kit from Aim. I have lowered control arms so I don't know what it is like with stock control arms but I'll tell ya what I did any ways. First you need to cut the bumpstop mount right out, if you have torches or a plasma cutter you'll have no problem. Then if you added air shocks the mount you had to welds in has to come out,but if you still have your original shock towers you are in luck. In the kit from aim the top mount for the airbag has holes predrilled into it, now all you have to do is bolt up the top to the shock tower, square up the mount, drill out the holes and your done, you may opt to weld it in but I would do that last. If you have already cut the shock tower out" BREAK OUT THE TAPE MEASURE" your in for a treat, you are goin to have to do some guess work. Guess about where the top of the tower should be, square it up, and tack it on if you have a welder, if not find some way to clamp it on just for now. Now to the bottom the kit comes with a plate to bolt on to the control arm, all you have to do here is line it up square and drill out the holes for the half inch bolts. BUT if you have lowered control arms this may not be so easy. What I had to do was cut off the sway bar mounts because they interfere with the bag, also the mounting plate most likely won't fit either so you are going to have to make one out of some plate. Keep in mind you may not have this problem as my control arms were narrowed to compensate for the camber. I'll cross my fingers for ya! Ok now before you mount anything permanently test fit the bag and make sure it doesn't rub on anything when it is aired up or down. Do your self a favor and order the shock relocator kit too, it saves a bunch of time and hassles. The rest of the front is not to bad just hoses and stuff. On to the back here depending if you have a monster notch or a c section it's going to be a little different. You will need to take off the box. The back has a plate that welds or may bolt on to your axle this is your lower mount, it is fairly easy to install. The top will have a plate that will be a angle with some gusset plates on the sides, this will either bolt or weld on. Before welding or bolting anything down again test fit it all. The best advice I can give you on the back is to make sure the truck is as low as you want it to sit before mounting the bags, if you don't get this right your truck won't scrape the ground and cutting welds is a bitch! or you may not get enough lift, so make sure the truck is all the way down and the bags are fully compressed. I run a air tank and switches to get my truck up and down. It's way more practical then the compressor alone. 2 minutes is two long to wait for the truck to lift! It took me a weekend to get them in but take your time your life depends on it!!! also make sure you get the mini truck bags, the full-size ones won't fit in the front and the ride is to stiff in the rear. The only other advice I can give you is to order the kits, it make your life so much easier! In the long run it ends up costing you less because things get done right the first time.
