Many other awards were competed for with various levels of cheating highly encouraged. This weekend had plenty of activities for everyone, whether it was sightseeing around this historic city, or participating in the sack race. Each night there was a band playing, with Friday night's Red Faces competition bringing out the most incredibly bad acts ever seen. It was an enjoyable, low cost, fun-packed event. The Sunday was the only day open to the public for a show and shine, with the very popular $2 hot rod rides which raised $475 to the St John's Ambulance Brigade.
With the final figures worked out, the local helicopter appeal got $500, St John's Ambulance $1,000, Kids with cancer $1,000, ASRF NSW DC $2,000.
