Issue No. 12 January 1998
Ray Towell and Charlie Blogna run the business. All restorations, modifications, body and paintwork are catered for, from chassis to turn-key vehicles. Street Machines are also catered for.
Charlie Blogna's now famous '32 coupe won "Top Hot Rod" at the '97 SA State Title Show, and "Second Coupe" at the '97 WA State Title Show. Ray Towell has been in the sport for 15 years, and has been working from these premises for 2 years now. Ray's '35 coupe is on it's second rebuild. The gear box had blown up, and this turned into a total rebuild. The car was finished by the '97 WA State Title Show and won "Third Coupe".
A fine example of the work done by Ray and Charlie is Jason Cunningham's '35 Humpback 4 door sedan, converted to a Tudor. The centre pillar has been moved back, and the front doors lengthened, floor has been completely replaced, firewall recessed, and a 2" chop top. It runs a 392 Windsor, C4 and 9". Jason has been on the project with help from Charlie and Ray for 4 years.
