Australian Show Promoters Association (ASPA)
The Association was formed to administer Hot Rod and Custom Car Shows in Australia and consists primarily of street rodders and members of the ASRF.
The objectives of the Association are to promote the sport and, in doing so, provide members with an avenue to display their vehicles to the public; with the knowledge that the show promoter is honest, experienced and represents the members interests.
The clubs and companies which make up the ASPA operate the shows for no individual profit. Show profits, if any are channeled back into the sport in the form of;
- Sposorship to clubs for special events
- Provision of club rooms for ASRF clubs
- Sanction fees to ASRF
- Reimbursements to entrants
If you are interested in attending or participating in a show, please feel confident that the ASRF fully supports the shows run by members of the ASPA, to ensure your interests are fully protected.
