This live album is awesome! It displays the Destroyers' primal, wildman rock at its best! I'll never understand why this album did not catch fire and sell millions! Even the two guest performers, Elvin Bishop and Johnny Johnson, were at their best! From the booklet, this passage by Jim Ladd sums up the Destroyers and this album: "The difference between the Destroyers and a lot of other bands is like the difference between rock and pop. Both are considered music, but only one will really kick ass."
