This is my 1988 Pontiac Fiero Formula. It's black, it has the stock, 2.8 Liter V-6 High Output engine. It's one of approx. only 5700 Formula models made. (Formulas only available in 1988). It's the last year for the Fiero. It was pretty bare and broken down at first. I put in a new dash from a junked 86.5 Fiero GT. I also put in some other goodies from that junked car like, I hooked up my 100 watt amp and 8 inch sub to the PERFORMANCE SOUND slider thingy that goes on the roof console, it controls the sub volume. It originally was used for the optional stock 5.25 inch sub. I put in a new delco AM/FM cassete radio, with a single remote CD delco player under the dash. I put in a New instrument panel also to alevieate my shot temp. needle, and I bought it a new shifter plate console, a new radio plate console. It also now has a leather wrapped shift knob i got from the junked GT. I also swaped out the original 4cylinder Fiero style bumper for a GT aero nose from that junked GT. Under the GT facia I placed an IRM front spoiler (International Research Motorsports) which gives it a real MEAN stock car look since it's so low in the front. I swapped out the two dual straight exhaust tips for the GT dual stainless trumpet style exhuast tips. I also took out the original, already loud, muffler and had a custom dual glasspack exhaust put in place with some special pipe bending done at my trusty local exhuast shop. I also got a new paint job 1 year ago exactly at a local shop for 600 bucks, with 2 year guarantee. Looks really sharp. Engine has remained stock with only STOCK AC DELCO parts used to fix the engine up. It has a Muncie (Getrag) 5-speed close ratio transaxle. I have in the front stock narrow rims with 205 dunlop D60 A2 tires. And in the back I have on the one inch wider stock wheels 215 dunlop D60 A2 tires. Monroe Sensatracs all the way around. It's got a monster of a stock anti-roll bar in the front, and a smaller seven eighths inch anti-roll bar in the back. 4 wheel disk brakes. 4 wheel independant suspension. I also swapped out the stock solid top for a stock sunroof from the junked GT. The frame already has the hole in it for the sunroof so swapping was just a one day job. The car is ownd by Carlos.
Here's my car when it was new (almost 4 years ago). It is a 9/93 Mitsubishi Lancer Coupe. Mods now include: tinting, 15 inch alloys with 195/50 Bridgestone rubber, colour coded bumpers, wood and leather steering wheel, leather Momo gear knob, Pioneer CD player, Pioneer 6"x9" three ways in the rear, 10" sub with amp, Infinity 6" front speakers (soon to be upgraded, I hope), Genie header and 2" exhaust from the cat back, adjustable Koni shocks on the rear (and soon on the front), spotties, cyclone, and other small things. (As soon as he gets the pic of the finished car I'II put it up) Peter O'Connor
This Jeep is a 91, that I bought brand new, and have loved it since day one. As you can see it's been modified quite a bit.It has a 4" Pro Comp Lift, Rancho Shocks and steering stabilizer. The tires are 33" BFG Mud Terrains on 15x8" Prime Rims. The winch on the front is an 8000LB Warn that has saved me many times! The Alarm is an Alpine 8046 that has a Radar Perimeter Protection Zone which is great with the top down and doors off! Now the STEREO! It starts off with a Clarion CD Player going to an Audiocontrol 2XS crossover. From there the signal above 90hz goes to a Precision Power A200, running stereo on the dash Alpine speakers. The signal below 90hz goes to a Precision Power A600.2 which is bridged mono on two Kicker Solobaric 12" which are getting 600 WATTS! of power. LOTS OF BASS!!!!
