Jeff: Did they say to start them?
Mike: 10-4.
Jeff: Okay.
Gary: Got me, Jeff?
Jeff: Yeah, I got you, Gary.
Gary: 10-4.
Andy: Just let me know if you want some Gatorade.
Jeff: 10-4.
Gary: Mike, you up there?
Mike: 10-4. You got a copy?
Gary: Yup, loud and clear. They're going to give 1 to go in the middle of the backstretch on every re-start and the commitment line is at the end of the garage.
Mike: 10-4.
Gary: And you're going to have to come back through the tunnel. They're not going to open the Start/Finish line gate.
Mike: 10-4.

Pace Laps:
Mike: Alright, bud, everybody's rolling off. It won't be long now.
Jeff: 10-4. Gary, are they the same pads I had yesterday or new ones?
Gary: Nope. New pads, new rotors. They've been bedded in, just get a little heat in them.
Jeff: 10-4.
Mike: If you look left the little guy is waving the red flag. That's our commitment line.
Jeff: 10-4.
Mike: Pit road speed, bud, 3-0.
Gary: If you look left you'll see 'em waving the sign.
**Note:** #43 team were in Pit Stall #35. In front of the #50, behind the #31. <---Oy vey!!!
Jeff: 3900; 2nd. 39; 2nd.
Mike: 10-4. 3900; 2nd gear.
Mike: It's going to be 1 to go when you get back to the line.
Mike: On behalf of this #43 team, we'd like to thank General Mills®, Georgia-Pacific®, Coca-Cola® and all the fans that make this possible. Jeff, have a great day, be safe, God Bless.
Jeff: 10-4.
Mike: Alirght, bud, going green next time by. Make sure those belts are nice and tight. You da man today. You da man today.
Gary: Make sure your brake fan's and your gear fan is on. Radiator fan only if you need it.
Jeff: 10-4.
Mike: Pace car's off. Get ready. Green flag.
Green flag:
**Note:** (Lap 4) #43 by the #45.
Mike: Got one in the fence. Keep it coming. Clear all around.
Caution Lap 5: #80 hits the Turn 3 wall after locking up the brakes.
Jeff: So far just help me to the right.
Mike: Like I said, buddy, we can't help you out a lot today. You've got to be da man.
Gary: Alright, that's only 5 laps on them. We'll stay out.
Mike: Just ease it around. They're all stopped down here in Turn 1 and 2.
Jeff: You wouldn't believe how much rubber has already built up in the corners.
Gary: Over here in Turn 4 it's about half, about a length up off the curb.
Mike: Pit road will still be closed.
Mike: Pit road will be open this time by for anybody that would like to come.
Gary: We're going to stay out.
Jeff: Okay.
Mike: Everybody is staying out.
Mike: Everybody's getting whoa'd up real tight. They're trying to get a rollback to that #08 car.
Gary: #8-0.
Jeff: They're struggling, aren't they?
Mike: Yes they are.
Gary: How's your water temperature?
Jeff: 205, fan on.
Gary: 10-4.
Mike: It will be 1 to go when you get back to the line.
Jeff: Okay.
Gary: Pace car's at re-start line....now. Remember all passing to your right.
Jeff: 10-4.
**Note:** Jeff 32nd; Kyle 33rd. Both stayed out.
Mike: Pace car's off.
Mike: Get ready. Green flag.
Restart Lap 22
Mike: (Lap 24) #31 struggling on the high side up in front of you here.
Mike: #31 is still on the high side. Keep coming on the bottom.
Mike: Keep coming.
Mike: He turned it around. Yellow is out.
Caution Lap 25: #31 spins in Turn 4. Cut down LR.
**Note:** Jeff pulled up on the outside of the #4 in Turns 1 and 2.
Gary: We'll stay out again.
Jeff: 10-4.
Mike: Pit road will be open this time by for lead lap cars only.
Jeff: The #16 was nowhere even close to that line. 2-3 car widths above it. See what they do to him.
Gary: 10-4.
**Note:** (Lap 28) Kyle pitted for right side tires and fuel.
**Note:** (Lap 29) Kyle pitted for left side tires and fuel.
Jeff: They'd do nothing to him, did they?
Mike: It will be 1 to go when you get back to the line.
Gary: Nope.
Jeff: What was that, Gary?
Gary: No they did not do anything to him. They're holding the #98, though.
Mike: Pace car's off.
Mike: Just in the middle of Turns 3 and 4 now.
Mike: Get ready. Green flag.
**Note:** Jeff 29th; Kyle 38th.
Restart Lap 31
**Note:** (Lap 35) Passed #5 high in Turn 2. #4 still a problem.
**Note:** (Lap 38) Punted the #4 in Turn 4 to get by.
**Note:** (Lap 40) Passed the #30.
Mike: Alright, buddy, don't use your stuff up now. There's an opening in front of you now. Run your race.
Gary: (Lap 43) 21.00; leader at .95.
**Note:** Passed by the #15 who is on tires.
Jeff: (Lap 49) Losing grip in the back all the way through.
Gary: 10-4.
**Note:** Finally by the #32 and then...
Jeff: (Lap 67) There's so much build up on the race track nobody's getting any grip.
Gary: 10-4.
Jeff: 210. Fan on.
Gary: 10-4.
**Note:** (Lap 72) Jeff 29th; Kyle 30th.
Gary: (Lap 73) 21.60. Good lap.
**Note:** (Lap 77) #45 passes #43.
**Note:** (Lap 80) Trouble getting by the #15.
Jeff: That mother f-bomb. I gave him a break and he won't give me one.
Mike: I just asked for one, too.
Jeff: It's a pretty handful right now.
Gary: Do the best you can with it.
Jeff: (Lap 86) I'm not having any problem turning. This thing's got no rear tires.
Mike: 10-4. Leader is about 3 car lengths back.
Jeff: (Lap 97) I have no forward bite right now. None.
Mike: 10-4. Keep digging. The leader is right behind you still. Keep digging.
**Note:** (Lap 99) Jeff lapped under green.
**Note:** (Lap 101) Passed the #19.
Jeff: (Lap 102) Feels like the rear end is screwing us again. It's doing a lot of popping.
Gary: 10-4.
Gary: I'm sure all the rubber build up on the race track is causing a lot of that.
Jeff: (Lap 109) If it's not the rubber it feels like I've got a flat tire.
Gary: 10-4.
Jeff: I cannot believe those 2 lap cars.
Jeff: Get them moved.
Mike: 10-4. I can see that. Just try to hang onto it the best you can. The only thing coming is the #38 and he's running 4th and he's about 4 car lengths back.
Jeff: (Lap 115) I'm telling you it's pulling off one wheel.
Mike: Yellow is out. Wreck is on the frontstretch. You're going to have to stay high. Leader has it. Just keep coming back to the line and stay to the high side.
Caution Lap 119: #01 tags the #49 out of Turn 4 and the #49 wrecks hitting the inside frontstretch wall.
Jeff: It got to where it wasn't turning through the center. I don't know if it's the rubber doing it to it or not, but it wasn't turning through the center and I just don't have any forward grip at all.
Gary: 10-4. Take a pound out of both fronts. 2 pounds out of both rears.
Mike: Pit road is closed.
Gary: Think you'll need some bite with that?
Jeff: Yeah, I think we'd be better off pushing through the center than spooling the tires.
Gary: 10-4. Let's take one round out of the RR.
Jeff: A+ on tire selection, huh?
Gary: Yeah, 10-4.
Mike: Pit road is open for lead lap cars only.
Gary: It will be the second time by.
Jeff: Alright.
**Note:** (Lap 122) Kyle pitted for 4 tires and fuel.
Gary: The #25 is going to peel off first. He's about 5 pit stalls away. Then you're going to have to come around the #15.
Jeff: Okay.
Mike: Just remember 3900, 2nd gear.
Gary: It will be 4 tires and gas; get our wedge adjustment. Up 1 on the RR.
Mike: He's at the commitment line.
Gary: 4 away. Start looking left. Around the #15.
Pit Stop: (Lap 123) 4 tires, fuel, up 1 round on RR. 14.425 seconds.
Gary: You're outta here. All clear, all clear.
Mike: All the way to the wall. 3900; 2nd gear.
Gary: Great stop guys.
Mike: The #15 is coming on your outside to get his lap back.
Mike: 1 to go when you get back to the line.
Jeff: Okay.
Mike: Follow that #25 right on up there.
Mike: Just getting into Turn 1. Plenty of time.
Mike: Pace car's off.
Mike: Get ready. Green flag.
Restart Lap 127
Jeff: (Lap 137) Those guys go through the rubber like it's not there, but when I hit it I just f-bomb push.
Gary: 10-4.
Mike: Caution's out. Leader has it. #10 car is just spinning around on the frontstretch. It will be clear all around.
Caution Lap 161: #10 spins in Turn 4 helped by the #15.
Jeff: That tightened me up through the center a little bit. It helped me every where else.
Gary: 10-4.
Jeff: If you can just free me up some more through the center.
Gary: We can drop a 1/2 pound in both rears, Dustin, and we'll raise the track bar 1.
Mike: Pit road is open for lead lap cars only.
**Note:** (Lap 163) Kyle pitted for 4 tires and fuel.
Mike: You should have an open pit in front of you AND behind you when you get there.
Jeff: Okay.
Mike: 3900; 2nd gear.
Gary: #25 and the #50 will be the first ones off. 4 tires, guys. Raise the track bar 1.
Mike: On pit road. 3900; 2nd gear. #31 is still sitting there.
Gary: Around the #50. Start looking looking left.
Pit Stop: (Lap 164) 4 tires, fuel. 14.785 seconds.
Gary: You're outta here. 1 outside. All clear after the #25.
Mike: It will be 1 to go when you get back to the line.
**Note:** Kyle 23rd; Jeff 30th (-1).
Mike: Pace car's off.
Mike: Get ready. Green flag.
Restart Lap 169
**Note:** (Lap 180) Finally got by the #10.
Jeff: (Lap 188) Not turning in the center.
**Note:** (Lap 189) Passed the #16.
Gary: (Lap 190) Need help getting through the center?
Jeff: Need help through the center.
Gary: 10-4.
Mike: Spin in Turns 3 and 4. Yellow will be out. Bring it back.
Caution Lap 214: #77 spins in Turns 3 and 4.
Jeff: That didn't feel like it did anything to me, Gary.
Gary: ...forward bite to just help you turn better in the middle.
Jeff: 10-4. I'll take a Power-Aid or something, too. You got it?
Gary: 10-4.
Gary: Ricky, take another 1/2-pound out of the RF.
Gary: ...and take that round of bite back out.
Jeff: Let's leave that bite in there if we can; work around that if we can.
Gary: **stepped on** take the track bar another turn.
Jeff: I really don't want to loosen the back end up any more if we help it too, so, I don't know if that will do it or not.
Jeff: The front through the center needs some more side grip and in the back, but I can protect that and be fine, but I don't want to make it no worse.
Mike: Pit road is still closed.
Gary: We're going to do the track bar instead of the bite so take **stepped on** sway bar.
Mike: Pit road will be open this time by for lead lap cars only.
**Note:** (Lap 217) Kyle pitted for 4 tires and fuel.
Gary: We'll have an open pit behind us so stop him short, Andy.
Gary: We're going to have the #31 coming around us so be aware guys.
Jeff: The #31's in front of me. I'm sorry. I know what you're talking about.
Gary: 10-4.
Mike: He's on pit road. Middle of Turns 3 and 4.
Gary: 4 away from there. Around the #50. Come on.
Pit Stop: (Lap 218) 4 tires, fuel, track bar adjustment. 14.765 seconds.
Gary: You're outta here. 1 outside. Clear.
Mike: All the way to the wall. 3900; 2nd gear.
Gary: We've got to start watching the RF tire in the box, Jeff.
Jeff: Okay.
Gary: That's twice now. Next time we're going to be in trouble.
Mike: The #02 is coming to get his lap back.
Jeff: Is the #10 a lap down or 2 laps down?
Gary: The #10 is 1 lap down.
Gary: Good stop guys. You just gained us 3 spots there.
Jeff: Hey, Mike, see if we can find his spotter. I'm a TON faster than he is. See if he'll let us get around him.
Mike: 10-4.
Jeff: Nevermind he's coming back in. Wait, no he isn't.
Jeff: It's 1 to go, isn't it?
Mike: He said he's trying to do the same thing. No help.
Mike: We're not going green. They're turning the light back on.
Mike: Pace car's off.
Mike: Get ready. Green flag.
Restart Lap 223
**Note:** (Lap 225) Jeff gets by the #10.
Mike: Clear all around. Keep focused here the #10 is holding everything up.
Jeff: (Lap 231) Keep me abreast of who is a lap down.
**Note:** (Lap 264) No longer the Lucky Dog as the #24 starts lapping lead lap cars.
Mike: Keep coming. we've got one spinning in the middle of Turns 1 and 2.
Caution Lap 269: #19 spins in Turn 2 and hits the wall the the dirver's side.
Jeff: Don't tell me that #02 gets a free pass now.
Gary: No, the #01 does. He's the next car. The leader just passed him.
Jeff: 10-4.
Jeff: That Power-Aid is pretty good. How about another one? That loosened my back end up quite a bit through the center, but it made me better everywhere else.
Gary: You can deal with that?
Jeff: I don't want to have to if I can help it. It might be the brakes. Brakes ain't worth a damn. I'm having to baby them.
Gary: 10-4. Let's drop the track bar a 1/2-round, Ricky, and take a 1/2-pound out of the RF.
Gary: Ricky, did you hear me? Take another 1/2-pound out of the RF.
Mike: Pit road will be open for lead lap cars only.
**Note:** (Lap 272) Kyle pitted for 4 tires and fuel.
Gary: We're going to have an open pit stall behind us. Let's make sure we get the RF in the box.
Jeff: Okay.
Mike: By the time you get there and your stop will be started the #31 will come around everybody so keep your eyes peeled.
Mike: 3900; 2nd gear.
Mike: He's on pit road.
Mike: Middle of Turns 3 and 4.
Gary: 4 away. 3..look left. Come on.
Pit Stop: (Lap 273) 4 tires, fuel. 15.384 seconds.
Gary: You're outta here. All clear. All clear.
Mike: All the way to the wall. 3900; 2nd gear.
Gary: Try keeping your foot on the brake.
Jeff: This f-bomb clutch is screwed up again.
Gary: 10-4.
Mike: They're stopping everyone.
Mike: Ooooookay.
Jeff: You can cut about 6 inches off that straw. Do it next time, please.
Andy: Alright, 10-4.
Andy: For that, you can just hold it for me and I'll go around the race track, what do you think?
Jeff: It sure is good though.
Mike: I wish I had one.
Mike: Pace car's already off.
Mike: Get ready. Green flag.
Restart Lap 277
Mike: Keep it coming. They're all stopping down in Turns 3 and 4. Yellow is out. It will be all clear when you get there.
Caution Lap 283: #15 spins in Turn 3 helped by the #21.
Gary: We'll stay out here.
Jeff: Okay.
Mike: Pit road will be closed.
Mike: They still have guys picking up concrete down there in Turns 3 and 4.
Jeff: There's still concrete coming up. They're pulling the concrete out.
Mike: Yes it is. It's what caused that last wreck I guess. A piece of concrete that came up a couple laps earlier and then them guys ran into it and all spun around.
Jeff: They need to set panels so we can run around them. That would be the best thing.
Mike: Yeah, bud. The #18 spotter just came down and had a little talk with me. Bobby doesn't mind you being a lap down. Just don't block him.
Jeff: I ain't blocking nobody.
Mike: 10-4. That's what I told him. I said, "It's Martinsville buddy. We ain't blocking anybody."
Mike: They're going to stop you down the backstretch, I think.
Mike: Red flag will be out.
Red Flag Lap 290: Concrete repair to the Turn 3 transition into the corner.
Mike: Evidently getting down into Turn 3 it must be coming up pretty bad.
Gary: What can you see Wayne?
Wayne: I'm standing down here in Turn 3. Hoss picked up a piece right at the transition getting in there and it's about the size of both of his feet and its loose.
Jeff: Well, if it's going to be 30 minutes I'm not going to sit in this car 30 minutes. See if they let us get out.
Mike: They're looking for some apoxy and some cement to get it in there.
Jeff: There's no cement that will dry that quick.
Mike: You can get out, bud.
Jeff: We CAN get out?
Mike: 10-4. NASCAR just said we can let the drivers know they can get out of their cars if they like.
Gary: Andy, why don't you walk over there and bring another Power-Aid.
Andy: Yeah, I'm on my way.
Gary: I vote they just leave it alone. It's no worse than any other spot in here.
????: **interference**
Jeff: Okay.
Crew: I got an idea. Just leave the truck there and run around it.
Jeff: Alright, alright.
Mike: 10-4. LOL
**Note:** During this period I doubt the television coverage noted this and it was absolutely hysterical. The grandstand sections in Turn 2 attempted to begin "The Wave", but it always died out at 3 smaller grandstand sections on the backstretch. Each time Turn 2 started The Wave again they backed up and started a section closer to Turn 1 and booed the backstretch grandstands every time it died. After several attempts to get The Wave to travel through the backstretch grandstands the fans in Turn 2 started The Wave again, but had it travel the opposite way towards Turn 1. It went all the way around the grandstands, through Turns 4, then Turn 3 and then down the backstretch grandstands. Once again, those 3 specific backstretch grandstand sections either couldn't be bothered or didn't "get it" and it died to which the fans now started chanting "You suck" each time it died. After about 45 minutes they finally "got it" and The Wave went around the grandstands twice with a thunderous cheer.
Red flag lasts 1hr 15min
Mike: You've got 2 jet dryers up high in the middle of Turns 1 and 2.
Jeff: Alright.
Mike: Pit road is still closed.
Gary: You're windshield is fine?
Jeff: Yeah, it's fine.
Mike: Pit road is still closed.
Mike: Pit road will be open this time by for lead lap cars only.
Gary: 10-4. G can you hear me? Can you hear me Chris? Chris G can you hear me?
**Note:** (Lap 272) Kyle pitted for 4 tires and fuel.
Gary: How about now, Chris, can you hear me?
Jeff: We can stay out here if you want to. None of them guys pitted.
Gary: Yeah, let's stay out. None of the lead lap cars from 15th ahead came in.
Jeff: 10-4.
Mike: The #01, #15, #24, #0 are on pit road at the moment.
Mike: We're just coming off of Turn 2.
Gary: Let's stay out.
Jeff: Stay out, right?
Gary: 10-4. Stay out.
Mike: The #32 is coming to get his lap back about 5 away from you.
Gary: The #77 is the only one on our lap that came in and pit. The #25 and #9 stayed out.
Jeff: Okay.
Mike: It will be 1 to go when you get back to the line.
Gary: The #99 car is 3 laps down.
Mike: Pace car's off.
Mike: Get ready. Green flag.
Restart Lap 301
**Note:** (Lap 303) #25 passes us. No more Lucky Dog.
**Note:** (Lap 307) Finally by the #99.
Jeff: (Lap 308) That #25 on our lap?
Mike: 10-4.
Jeff: (Lap 330) Am I racing the #77?
Mike: 10-4. The #77 is behind you now. He's with you.
Jeff: ...all 4 tires right now.
Mike: 10-4. Stay with it now.
Gary: **stepped on**?
Jeff: I don't have enough.
Jeff: I'm sliding the back end through the center a little bit.
Mike: Keep digging. You're pulling away.
Gary: (Lap 338) Good lap. Same as the leader.
Gary: (Lap 351) 21.50. Fastest car on the race track.
Jeff: (Lap 368) The rear end is doing that again. It's popping again. I'm a lot looser.
Gary: 10-4.
Mike: Yellow will be out. Track will be clear.
Caution Lap 371: #9 hits the Turn 4 wall. Cut down RF.
Gary: Ricky, take a 1/2-pound out of the RR.
Gary: We'll put a round of bite in it, huh?
Jeff: Yeah, help me somewhere, somehow.
Gary: Do it on the RR. Go up 1, Dustin.
Mike: Pit road is open for lead lap cars only.
**Note:** (Lap 373) Kyle pitted for 4 tires and fuel.
Jeff: The #5 on our lap?
Gary: No, he's 2 down.
Jeff: Okay.
Gary: The #25 will peel into his pit stall and then you're going to have to come around the #15.
Jeff: Okay.
Mike: Give you guys enough room for the #31.
Gary: Make sure you keep the RF in the box.
Jeff: Alright. Stop me short.
Mike: 3900; 2nd gear.
Jeff: I'll try and get turned out a little bit so the #31 don't block me in.
Gary: 10-4.
Mike: Middle of Turns 3 and 4.
Gary: 3 away. Start looking left. Around the #15.
Pit Stop: (Lap 374) 4 tires, fuel, up 1 round on track bar. 15.605 seconds.
Gary: You're outta here. All clear. All clear.
Mike: 3900; 2nd gear. That one is coming out at you.
Mike: Be careful. They're stopping them on the backstretch.
Mike: The #15 is coming by to get his lap back.
Mike: It will be 1 to go when you get back to the line.
Gary: We're racing the #9, #32, #25, #01, #77 and **stepped on**.
Mike: Pace car's off.
Mike: Get ready. Green flag.
Restart Lap 380
Gary: You've got a spin off of Turn 4.
Caution Lap 413: #22 spins in Turn 4.
Gary: Stay to the low side.
Jeff: That just tightened me up through the middle a little bit, Gary, it didn't help me up off.
Gary: 10-4. Ricky, take a 1/2 pound out of the LR.
Gary: And another 1/2 out of the RR. Take the bite back out of it.
Gary: Down 1 on the RR.
Mike: Pit road will be open for lead lap cars only.
**Note:** (Lap 416) Kyle pitted for 4 tires and fuel.
Gary: We're running 21st. We can get up to 18th. Make it a good stop, guys. It will probably be the last one.
Gary: Make sure we stop him short, Andy. We'll have an open pit behind us.
Gary: Down 1 on the RR. 4 tires and gas.
Mike: 3900; 2nd gear.
Mike: He's on pit road.
Mike: Middle of Turns 3 and 4.
Gary: 3 away. Start looking left. Come on.
Pit Stop: (Lap 417) 4 tires, fuel. 15.541 seconds.
Gary: You're outta here. All clear. All clear.
Mike: 3900; 2nd gear. You've got some guys coming out at you.
Jeff: The #21 on our lap?
Gary: No, he's a couple laps down.
Jeff: The #99. He's a couple laps down, ain't he?
Gary: Yup, the #99's a couple laps down. We're racing the #01, #32, #77, #9, #0.
Mike: 1 to go when you get back to the line.
Jeff: Talk to the #50 and see if he will let me go.
Gary: The #50 is at least 15 laps down.
Jeff: Go and talk to him.
**Note:** #50 let us by.
Mike: Coming to the green.
Jeff: You've got to get me up so I can get around these guys and the #30.
Mike: 10-4. Coming to the green. Green is out.
Restart Lap 423
Jeff: (Lap 421) If you can get us some help from that #99. I ain't going to do it.
Mike: 10-4. Keep digging.
Mike: That a boy. Keep coming.
Mike: No yellow yet. Keep coming.
Gary: Lights are on.
Mike: Alright, back it down.
Caution Lap 428: #29 spins in Turn 3 helped by the #17 and backs into the wall.
Mike: I was watching the flag man. Sorry.
Jeff: Talk to the #99's spotter and see if he can help me out a little bit here. There's 2 or 3 cars up there I can get if he can help me.
Mike: It's "red", dog. I've talked to him twice.
Gary: We're going to stay out.
Jeff: Okay.
Mike: Pit road is closed.
Mike: Pit road is still closed.
Jeff: What's the #77 doing?
Mike: He's going up in front of the #42. NASCARs putting him up in front of the #42.
Jeff: Okay.
Mike: Pit road will be open this time for lead lap cars only.
**Note:** (Lap 434) Kyle pitted for 4 tires and fuel.
Gary: Ricky, where are you at?
Mike: They have a safety truck down in the middle of Turns 3 and 4.
Mike: The #32 is coming to get his lap back.
Mike: It will be 1 to go when you get back to the line.
Jeff: Okay.
Gary: The #77 up there is the first car 1 lap down.
Mike: Pace car's off.
Mike: Get ready. Green flag.
Restart Lap 439
Mike: Yellow will be out.
Caution Lap 456: #01 spins in Turn 2. #29, #32, #50 stop due to the tire smoke from #01.
Jeff: **definitely annoyed** You tell him I appreciate him racing me and not letting everyone else go by.
Mike: 10-4.
Gary: What do you need?
Jeff: I need more forward bite. Try to make me turn better through the center.
Gary: Dustin, raise the track bar 1/2-turn. Mitchell, put a round in the LR.
Gary: #20 belongs in front of us, I guess.
Jeff: Okay.
Mike: Pit road is open for lead lap cars only this time by.
**Note:** Kyle stayed out.
Mike: Are we pitting?
Gary: 10-4. We'll have an open pit behind us. Stop him a little bit short, Andy.
Jeff: How many laps down is he? The #31?
Gary: At least 20.
Gary: Make the track bar 3/4. Go down 1 on the LR.
Gary: 4 tires and gas.
Mike: In the middle of Turns 3 and 4.
Gary: 3 away. Start looking left.
Pit Stop: (Lap 459) 4 tires, fuel. 14.002 seconds.
Gary: You're outta here. All clear. All clear.
Mike: 3900; 2nd gear. Got some guys coming out at you.
Gary: Nice stop, guys.
Mike: Alright, bud, they're saying the #43 too fast on pit road.
**Note:** WHAT?!!!?!??!?!?!?
Jeff: what does that mean?
Gary: It means the tail end of the longest line. I imagine the #31 was just as fast. They should have got one, too.
**Note:** Obviously, true.
Mike: It will be 1 to go next time by.
Jeff: Okay.
Jeff: I hadn't done anything different I had been doing all day.
Mike: 10-4.
Mike: The #01 and somebody else are going to the tail end of the longest line.
Jeff: The #98 and us?
Mike: A couple more behind us.
Mike: Pace car's off.
**Note:** A few cars won't pass Jeff who has almost stopped.
Mike: Get ready. Green flag.
Restart Lap 463
Mike: They're posting us on the board for passing through in the pits.
Jeff: For what?
Mike: We didn't go to the end of the longest line. Sorry.
Gary: I'm talking to them right now.
Jeff: Nobody would get up there.
Gary: That's what I'm talking to them about.
Jeff: 1 more lap and they're going to quit scoring me.
Mike: Clear all around and come back down.
Gary: You've got to do a pass through.
Mike: 3900; 2nd gear.
Mike: 3900 all the way through.
**Note:** (Lap 466) Jeff goes through pit road for pass through.
Mike: Clear all around. 30 laps to go.
Mike: 20 laps to go. You're doing a great job. Keep digging.
Mike: Keep digging. Only got 15 to go.
Mike: Keep digging. 10 laps left to go.
Mike: Keep it coming. Only a couple more to go.
Mike: Bring it on back. Nice job.

Checkered flag

Gary: Way to drive your butt off all day. I think we ended up 25th.
Jeff: Sorry I screwed us, guys.
Mike: Not your problem, bud.
