Here is the old 4 speed complete
with 200,000 miles on it.

We put in a R200 differential
with a Quaife limited slip at the same time. This little thing
cost almost as much as the purchase price for my whole car! It
does have a life time guarantee even if you race with it though.

Once the tranny was out we checked
the clutch. Notice the rivets were being worn off. Talk about
just in time auto repair!

We then disassembled the new
5 speed to rebuild it. Man this was a scary sight! :)

Yes, we did manage to get it all
back together with no extra pieces.

Then it was just a matter of
putting the casing on and painting it.
