| TRIUMPH TR2 |

This TR2 from 1954 was owned by me in 1965-66. The main brake cylinder leaked down on my ankle, the gears jumped out and it lacked rear suspension. I had no funds to do a proper renovation so I sold it and expected never to hear of it again. BUT... 30 years later I got a telephone call from its present owner. It has not only survived, it is now rebuilt to a very high standard. |
| This picture was taken
when the car was salvaged by Sören, the present owner.
It is still missing front bumper and nave plates but it
looks promising (?) In fact Sören spent a lot of kronor
and seven years spare time on this car. The car was not red from new. It was painted a sickly blue-green-grey. |

The proud owner posing with the car this summer. The Brookland screens looks racy and you get a lot of fresh air. But Sören also drives motor-cycles so he is used to it. Unlike most other 50´s cars the TR2 gives ample performance with a 100 b.h.p. engine and a weight of 970 kg (2135 lb.). |
