Renault 4CV
CV stands for chevaux, or horses, indicating the classification according to the ancient french taxation formula. It was the first small Renaults after the war, presented at the Paris saloon in the autumn. It had a rear 4-cylinder 760 cc engine with the radiator placed ahead of the back axle . It is said Dr Porsche was consulted on the engeneering while prisoner in France. This one is obviously hotted up probably with a Gordini engine, o common conversion.
