Early in 1959 Alvis made an agreement with the Park Ward and Co. to produce bodies for their new TD.21 3-litre cars. The saloon and convertible models closely resembled the Swiss Graber-built versions, but they were very different in construction and detail. They had steel bodies except for the roof of the saloon and the luggage locker lid. The 6-cylinder engine gave 104 b.h.p. (nett) at 4000 rpm to propel the 29 cwt (1.500 kg) car to 100 m.p.h.

This Alvis is a later model with double headlights instead of the aesthetically more pleasing single arrangement of the earlier model.
