The "touring" version of BMW 328, the 6-cylinder 327 continued to be built in Eisenach in East Germany after the war, hence EMW. As you can see it is practically identical to the pre-war car. The engine also continued in production in England until the 1960s to be used in Frazer Nash and Bristol cars..
