This was the first model I attempted since I was about 16! I'm glad to report that I've finally managed to develop the levels of patience these things demand - when I was younger I tended to stick the bits together (with too much glue) then slap on some paint to create a fairly messy result. I proved to myself with this model that I was capable of a great deal more. It's not a professional result by any means, but it was all my work and I'm very proud of it!

Overall the model is about ten inches long. The wheels are approximately 2.5cm (1 inch) diameter. That's the handle of my kitchen window in the background

I managed to get the lacquer on the bonnet just right ...another good engine bay :>

(this photo is seriously close-up - the wheels are 1 inch diameter!) I reckoned Orange calipers were a bit special :> The cutouts on the "11" decal took ages and were very fiddly...
