Our company is planning a limited production run of Citicar - Comutacar replacement bodies made of fiberglass. The design is like original Citicar/Comutacar except no overlap seams. The construction is a unidody (everything except doors is in one piece) that will drop onto the Citicar - Comutacar roll-cage frame. Doors are similair to Comutacar, except made of fiberglass. Weight of fiberglass body shell & doors is about 100#. Full details are availabe at http://www.car-line.com/unibody.html . My own 1975 Citicar will be on the road within two weeks. Regards....Mike Kendall

I'm planning to build a minimalistic electric vehicle in the near future that will replace my motorcycle. I want it to be of the cycle-car arrangement with 2 wheels in front and 1 in the rear. It will start as a hybrid, using the motor from my Yamaha 25 cc cycle. I'd like to try steam power to replace the gasoline part of the hybrid. I have an idea to use a 2 stage evaporative air cooler for air conditioning (for use in dry climates such as it is here in Idaho). I have been making drawings. Also I have been working on a scooter that u es a powerful cordless drill as the electric power source. I don't have much money to put into this project and plan to build as many of the components that I can. I would like to get good information on the construction of in-hub electric motors.
