Trusty's Story
1987 was an important year. It was the year my car was born. In April of '87, a shiny white convertible rolled of the assembly line at Ford. It was a beautiful car, with a blue interior, red and white side molding, 5 speeds, and a sparkling white top. This car was taken to Colonial Ford, where it was soon adopted by a man named Pablo. Pablo owned this car for 8 years. It was always a dependable car. It took him on his daily commute every day. It even went with him for a year in Malibu. However, this man was bad, and he didn't really love this majestic car. He claimed the rear wheel drive, lack of airbags, and sporatic radio speakers made it outdated. The man went the another car dealer and bought a Chevy Blazer, forgetting his faithful Mustang. Luckily, Pablo had a daughter who appreciated the car's true worth. His daughter cleaned the car until it was spotless, and had the windows fixed so they didn't fall down when she went over a bump. She even gave the car its name, Trusty Musty. Trusty Musty and I have been friends since January of 1996. Trusty is the best car in the entire world. We have been through many traumatic experiences together, and I hope our partnership will last a long time. I love my Trusty Musty, and wouldn't trade him for any car in the world.
