USA, Texas - Ami6 break 1966 This is an early break as evidenced by the 2 rib roof. Originaly sold new in California and recently "imported" to Texas. I still have the original licence tags but little else besides body and chassis is original. Seats are from an unknown make/marque. Drivetrain upgraded to a M28 + later gearbox front (drum) brakes and shafts. Taillights also upgraded to later version. (upgrades actualy in progress) Only AMI6 break/wagon in Texas. (would like to find a front passenger inside door handle and "rod" and hardware) URM 177 (licence plate) |

F - Ami6 Berline 1967, about 23000 km. The original colour was a light blue, but it was faded because of having stayed for a couple years in a field. I sanded and then painted it a mercedes blau-indigo, as you can see in the photo. I also re-covered the seats and painted the inside. The original motor had to be replaced, so it has a 2CV motor which is a bit more powerful (I cruise at 110 km/h!). | ![]() Raphael Neve St Christophe, France (near Le Mans) |
