The 4th gen F-Bodies that came out in 1993 were the start of a whole new performance era. Once again, a Camaro ran as the Pace Car for the Indy 500, the 4th time for this vehice. The cars came from the factory with a 285HP 350, a 6 speed manual, leather, full power options, and decent gas mileage. With such a good platform to build on, the aftermarket scene picked up on these cars right away and there are many 11 and 12 second, daily driven cars out there now.
