The Mini-List International Mini Mini Meet
Part VII
The meet was held on 21st June 1998, starting at Chicanes - I arrived
at around 12:15.
Turn-out was good, with 25 cars (not all Mini ;).
With attendees from as far afield as USA...
Attire optional...
But always a good crowd.

Anyway, at this point I took the kids off to McDonald's and then
on to Sutton Park - where we were expecting the rest of the MLM'ers to
turn up - eventually. However, to my horror, when we go there the place
was crawling with...
Escrote boyz and...
Gti boyz, including one having a 'sound-off' (the blue one on the
left, here).
Notice he has to remove his front seats to clear the bass speakers.
I found these Minis in the park ;)
BTW, those are my kids smearing ice-cream on the cars.
After a few hours the kids had seen enough and we decided to see
if we could find the Halfway House to meet up with the rest.
On arriving there we noticed Chris' car being operated on.

Yes - that's right. No fan!
That's because the fan that was there before comitted suicide -
see below.
Still, they were ready for the off - convoy to Sutton Park.

That was the end of the day for me and mine, as we trekked back home. I
look forward to other MLM reports - particularly to found out if you came
across those Escrot & Gti boyz!
