Thank you for your interest in the 75th Running of the Race to the Clouds. Tickets are not yet available, but should be by May 1, 1997. You may order tickets by calling the Pikes Peak Auto Hill Climb Educational Museum at 800-307-8168 after May 1, 1997. You may also purchase them at the toll gate the morning of the race. You should note that the toll gate is cash only.

Prices are for adult tickets. Children 12 and under are free but must be accompanied by an adult. Race day ticket is $25, qualifling ticket is $20 for each motorcycle division and $20 for auto/truck division, practice day tickets are $15 for each day, all event tickets are $60. Technical Inspection of the vehicles is free and open to the public. It will be at Giuseppe's Depot.

It is important that to know, because the race is run on the road, once the event starts there is no regular traffic allowed. Please plan on being there early enough to not get locked out. The event tickets are non-refundable. For all Practice Days and Qualification Days, the toll gate opens at 4am and closes at 5:30am. For race day, the toll gate opens at 4am and closes at 8am. Spectators are not allowed to leave until event is over, practice ends at 9am, qualification at 10am, and race day at 4pm.

Remember that there are no concessions or water available at many of the parking sights, so please plan for your group's needs. There are sanitation facilities at all parking areas. Also remember that the weather changes rapidly on Pikes Peak. Plan on a variety of conditions.
