NSU FIAT / Neckar NSU Build several cars as part of FIAT; in 1929 FIAT bought the factory at Heillbronn from the Neckarsulmer Fahrzeugwerke AG. A new company was founded, called NSU-Automobil AG, which produced cars which were sold as NSU-Fiat and Neckar. The last car build for "Necker" left the factory in 1969. A lot of the models are basically the same as the official FIAT model, and parts are interchangeble. The hard issues during a restoration will be the things that make it a "real" NSU-FIAT, or Neckar; the shared logo, as shown on this page (the actual image is a lapel pin as offered on eBay).
