The following is a list of all alien races that are the enemy to the Gorn Confederation or are aren't allies. This list is not exhaustive, but we will compile more as it is found.
Kzintis are humanoids of clear feline ancestry. They are carnivorous, and stories of Kzintis eating their captives are more then often true. There feline background mostly resembles that of the african lion with a mane, but a face more of a normal house cat.
The Kzinti Ascendancy was originally composed only of the Kzinti Homeworlds and a number of nearby habitable systems. Since expanding to its current size, the Ascendancy has gained control of several planet with native sentient races, but does not allow individuals of those races to leave their planets. The Kzintis trade with these races, and occasionally smugglers have dealings with them, but they have no space faring capability of their own since the Kzintis have destroyed what little they had to keep them on their planet.
The Kzinti government is a Monarchy; the ruling hereditary sovereign is known as the Patriarch. There are four principal divisions of kzinti territory, each ruled by a hereditary noble. There are known as the Duke (Gorn Border), Marquis (Lyran Border), and Baron (Hydran border) These titles are approximate earth trasnlations, and the four nobles rank among themselves in the order given (duke highest, baron lowest). There is also (sometimes) a Crown Princes, who is the heir apparent (designated successor) to the patriarch. These fives nobles form a council known as the Pentarchy, which advises the Patriarch.
The Kzinti have two major enemies, the Lyran and the Gorn. The Kzinti’s Duke Lontak invaded the Gorn Confederaiton with the intent of holding some rich planets for himself to profit on and aragantly refused to leave when the Gorn cruisers told him too. He was attacked and it escalated in to an all out war. It was fought for six years when the tenacity of the Gorn beat the more ship numbers of the Kzinti. From that point on the Kzinti have watched their borders with the Gorn. The Kzintis thought they found an opening when the Gorn attacked a invader known as the Federation, but was dismayed when they made a peace treaty instead.

STANDING WITH KLINGON: No Allyship – Both ignor each other.
STANDING WITH ROMULAN: Unwritten allyship – Trust each other to a certain extent.
Similar to their neighbors the Kzinti Ascendancy, but resemble bob cats more then any other feline. Federation scientists have theorized that Lyrans, Kaitons, and Kzintis are descended from the common stock, but if that theory is brought up in the presence of any member of that race the conversation would become heated (and bloody). Federation Diplomats attending intergalactic conferences are advised not to stand between Kzinti and Lyran delagates even if they are talking peacefully.
The Lyran government is based on a Feudal system. There are 21 clans ruled by a dukes who each rule one duchy. There are a total of four duchys.
The Duchys are:
HOMEWORLD DUCHY (King)
Red Claw clan
Black stripe Clan
Pelt Hunter Clan
Golden Fang Clan
FAR STARS DUCHY (Duke Tolar)
White Fang Clan
Hidden Dagger Clan
Black Claw Clan
Dark Star Clan
ENEMIES’ BLOOD DUCHY (Duke Frogar)
Doom Star Clan
Blood Star Clan
Night Star Clan
Dark Storm Clan
CLUSTER DUCHY (Duke Tresska)
Apex Clan
Silver moon Clan
Black Claw Clan
Night Roar Clan
They have been enemies with the Kzinti, but now hold a small merchant treaty with them. Each still mis-trust each other.
They have an allyship with the Gorn Confederation, but it has grown cold for the past 30 years, but still have a old officer’s exchange program.
