Raindrops In order for a girl to be initiated into the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, she must be 11 years old. Those girls who wish to be involved with Rainbow, but are not yet of age, may be pledged to the Order. A girl may be pledged after she reaches her 8th birthday. Pledges are invited to attend open functions and activities with the Rainbow Girls. In Montgomery, we call our pledges Raindrops, because it takes a Raindrop to make a Rainbow. |

Mark Sexson was the founder and Ms. Pauline Stonehocker is the Supreme Worthy Advisor, and to the jurisdiction of Alabama of which Mrs. Joan Murphy is the Supreme Inspector and Miss Katie Skinner is the Grand Worthy Advisor. |
