Zara is the new leader of MaCavity's tribe since the unfortunate death of MaCavity. He is an egyptian swirl. (A made up breed of cats) He is called Bullseye only by his closest friends. He's called this because his swirls are very tight, resembling bullseyes, including one right around his left eye.
