History: Angelus was born into an orginization known only as the Watchers. His parents died when he was born. Krag, an elder Watcher took him in as his own. Angelus has been watching the Mission-X'ers since he was born. It is his destiny to watch them, and help them along the way. But it seems that he isn't really part of the team. He is Phoe's husband and they both have a baby named Jayme. He's helped the team in the year he was there but still seems to be the outside guy.
Personality: Firey, the odd one out, cruel, but hides his compassion, when not shown toward his wife and daughter.
