STEP 2: MAILING/E-MAILING/FAXING INFO: Within a few days after the telephone consultation, Marcia mails, e-mails or faxes the Budget she prepared over the telephone, her Contract, Client References and promotional materials.

STEP 3: PERSONAL APPOINTMENT: Once the couple has "digested" all of the information, checked the website and called references, if interested, Marcia then schedules a personal, "get acquainted" appointment (which is also complimentary) to answer questions, present her Portfolio containing photographs and testimonials from prior clients over the past 12 years, sign the contract and proceed.
