You want to interview me ? ....how droll !!
Quite reminiscent of my dear friend Louis,
who appeared in that whining little novel,
What an unexpected privilege this is!

Well, I'd love to tell you tales of woe,
of how immortality isn't so grand.
And, how only those who experience 'The Gift',
are the only ones that could understand.

A Shadow of a mortal man,
cursed to wander eternity.
What a wretched creature I am,
damned to a life of misery. * sniff *

I could tell you these things, and more,
and lie through my fangs with a grin.
But, I'll tell you the truth, I will not lie,
Immortality is not such a sin!

I feed on the living ...and so they die!
They are defenseless against my attack.
And I do it all without pity ;
an emotion I thankfully lack.

Well now...this has been fun,
please don't spoil it by trying to fight!
I don't often get to play with my food,
except , of course, for tonight ...!!!!

Don't be afraid ,
I'm going to give you the choice  I  never  had ........
