The Freshman (October 5, 1999)

Buffy and Willow are starting college. Buffy's lost and confused. Willow's extremely exited. Xander's back from a summer road trip. Giles isn't really doing much of anything.

Living Conditions (October 12, 1999)
Buffy has a roommate from hell, perhaps literally. This I can relate to. Buffy's friends try to talk some sense into her before she tries to slay her roomy.

The Harsh Light of Day (October 19, 1999)
Spike returns to Sunnydale looking for a magical ring that makes the person who wears it invincible. Guess who tries to stop him from getting it?

Fear, Itself (October 26, 1999)
It's Halloween time and the gang drags Buffy to a Halloween party. The house they go to is a little too haunted and it looks like Giles will have to come and save them.

Beer Bad (November 2, 1999)
No, my friends, beer is not always bad. It's only bad in Sunnydale when it turns you from the Slayer into Captain Cavemen.

Wild at Heart (November 9, 1999)
A new singer at the Bronze has Oz's attention and has Willow full of jealousy. I bet it doesn't help that one of the things that Oz and the girl have in common is there sudden change of wardrobe when a full moon is out...

The Initiative (November 16, 1999)
Spike was caught by someone last episode and we find out that's it a Men in Black like group who hunt down demons. Buffy's latest crush (Riley) may be connected to the group. Spike escapes but finds out that a chip in his head won't allow him to bite or attack humans.

Pangs (November 23, 1999)
Angel's back in town, but it's a secret so don't tell Buffy. Thanksgiving festivities turn into a fight with angry Native American spirits. No, this fight is not over who gets to cook the turkey.

Something Blue (November 30, 1999)
When Good Spells Go Bad!! Willow's the spell maker who causes Giles to go blind and have demons come after Xander. The effect on Buffy and Spike is even worse...

Hush (December 14, 1999)
Another one of my top 10 favorite episodes. All of Sunnydale is speechless when demons come to town and steal everyone's voice. After a while you start to wonder if any good demons ever come through Sunnydale.

Doomed (January 18, 2000)
There's an earthquake in Sunnydale. That can only mean that someone's playing around the hellmouth again.

A New Man (January 25, 2000)
As Buffy gets more and more involved with the Initiative, Giles gets depressed. He drowns his sorrow in alcohol and drinks something that turns him into a demon. No, Spike being his only ally isn't the worst part. Buffy (thinking that the demon killed Giles) hunting him down is the worst part.

The I in Team (February 8, 2000)
Professor Walsh, head of the Initiative, isn't very fond of the Slayer and sends on her on a mission. One that Buffy's not supposed to come back from.

Goodbye Iowa (February 15, 2000)
Buffy and Riley's relationship gets put to the test when the truth about the Initiative is revealed. Well, revealed to us in the form of Adam, a man made up of demon parts.

This Year's Girl (February 22, 2000)
Faith's out of her coma and goes looking for Buffy. When she finds her, Faith uses a gift from the Mayor to switch bodies with her.

Who Are You (February 29, 2000)
Faith in Buffy's body is causing chaos amongst the SG. Buffy in Faith's body is being shipped off to England to face the wrath of the Watcher's council.

Superstar (April 4, 2000)
Remember how high school geek Jonathan became a celebrity and a modern day superhero? You don't remember? Well, everyone else in the world does. Yeah, my head hurts too.

Where the Wild Things Are (April 25, 2000)
Ewwww. Sorry. At a frat party, Buffy and Riley have a sex marathon. Ewww. The rest of the party goers are driven horny and crazy by ghosts of sex deprived foster kids from the 50's.

New Moon Rising (May 2, 2000)
Finally, the Oz has come BACK to Sunnydale...only to find that Willow "plays for the other team" now. That info pretty much turns him into a werewolf.

The Yoko Factor (May 9, 2000)
Buffy's trying to keep her ex (Angel) and current (Riley) boyfriends from killing each other. Meanwhile Adam and Spike plan to break up the SG so that they can defeat the Slayer.

Primeval (May 16, 2000)
The gang is falling apart as Adam instigates a prison break. Once the demons and the soldiers have killed each other, he'll make new friends out of their parts.

Restless (May 23, 2000)
After awakening the power of the Slayers to defeat Adam, (whoops, did I just spoil the last episode? My bad.) the Scoobies relax at Buffy's house. Once their asleep, a force hunts them down and tries to kill them. Oh and don't forget the cheeseman.
