Flight Assignments can be found in the Pilots Center under the Schedules link. Keep in mind that we encourage you to fly as much as you like.
We also realize that you may have a limited amount of time to devote, however, we would like to see you make at least one flight per week.
After completing your flight you will then submit your pirep for that flight in the Pireps link found on the main page.
All Pireps for the previous week are due by Friday Night at 2400 hrs so that the Pilot Rosters may be updated at weeks end.
All questions should be sent to the Hub Manager first, give us a chance to help you before going to upper management, however, all Management personel have an "open door policy'.
Please do not send email of any sort to the Personnel Department.... Your Hub Manager is the place to start! We strongly belive in the chain of command thoughout the organization.
Flight Schedule:
All flights will originate from the Martinair VA hub that you are assigned to. Flights are based on the actual Martinair flight schedule. We are an international airline and will provide you with flights to destinations worldwide as well as local flights within Europe.
Our flight schedule is based on the real Martinair flight schedule, but keep in mind that the 'real' world schedule does change daily and it is impossible to keep up with it from day to day.
Pilot Reports:
After each flight you will submit a pirep to the Hub Manager to receive credit for the hours that you have flown and to recive a new flight. Pireps are submitted by our Website Reporting System located in the Pireps Page.
Martinair's Fleet:
Martinair VA offers its pilots a wide variety of aircraft for there use....Please enter the Fleet Hanger in the Pilots Center page and feel free to download any or all aircraft.
Pilots Center:
Be sure to check in the Pilot's Center. Here is where you will find the aircraft flown by Martinair VA, Scenery, Aircraft Panels and many other useful files for your use. Also here you will find the Flight Schedule for flights for you to fly upon your discrecion.
