Royal Palace in FloristicaStructurally, the palace is a beautiful marriage of artistic grace, architectural genius, and all-natural charms. Vast domes and archways cross paths quite often with stained glass windows, soft pastels, rich green vegetation, and colorful blooms. Gardens are as plentiful as rooms and one cannot turn a corner without finding a new artful surprise to dazzle and please the eyes. But the palace is not all flowers and fountains. The palace also houses one of the most extensive libraries in El-Hazard and a grand academic scientific workshop, making the palace a center for learning as well. Those visiting the palace will also be quite amazed at numerous lavish and vast rooms in the palace, every one a tribute to a decorator's expert touch. Anything from staying the night is a posh guest chambers to using the royal toilet is a grand and extravagant experience. If it were a hotel, it would definitely rank seven stars. Eight stars if you request the turndown service offered by the parade of gorgeous (and strangely near-identical) servant girls who walk the halls. A final and interesting sidebar: In the manga, Ifurita's tomb is not located on a located on a mysterious and secret island, but is actually UNDERNEATH the Royal Palace, deep in the sub-sub-sub basement region. |
