Analysis of mutual debts canceling problem

Abstract: More power as early used criteria is supposed here for the problem of mutual debts canceling. This criteria is based on bipartite graph consequence from symmetric theorem about supply and demand. Real reasons of mutual debts crisis are analyzed. Main from them are state including in mutual debts system and existence of not equal debts. Possibilities are analyzed to exit from this crisis.
