| Tread Lightly For This Chamber Holds The Secrets To Capturing My Flighty Attention |
| Okay,I must admit I have the attention span of a goldfish and my intrests volley from one end of the spectrum to the other,but these are the few that hold my attention longer than most. |

| My first passion is in language, written or spoken it matters not,as long as it has the graphic description to draw a clear picture of the person,place or events in your mind and the emphasis and emotion to make you feel what the author or bard is trying to convey. |
| In literature I will read any form so long as it is well written,has a discernible plot and has a plausible ending relating to the story. Those authors that seem to have run out of ideas or reached their deadline and throw in some quick,disappointing or totally impossible ending make me want to do my own writing....and not the pleasant or complimentary kind either.*grin* My favorite literature includes the guidelines above,but also has detailed descriptions of architecture especially that of New Orleans and the like. |
| As much as I love to read,I would much rather listen to anothers personal accounts. I think it's the inflections and true emotion that can only be conveyed by actually experiencing the event. |

| My love for music ranks right up there with my passion for literature (love,passion....I'm sensing a theme here) I will listen to practically anything including a *very* small amount of Rap/Hip Hop. Given the choice (and concidering my stereo is much louder than any of my neighbors,the choice is usually mine....*weg*) Blues,Classic Rock of the mid to late 70's and 80's Retro are among my favorite genre. Hmm....my age seems to be showing. Those who know me best can judge my current mood by the type of music I'm listening to at the time. If it's Metal,Alternative or a I hate everyone and everything song and it's loud....back slowly away and prepare to run!! I think this holds true for most,not many want to listen to Hanson or the Spice Girls when they're in a bad mood.(or a good mood for that matter) Next thing you know you're on the evening news after a mass Hanson/Spice Girls look-a-like killing spree. So it's just best for everyone involved and everyone who could potentially be involved to stick with what works. |

| Jeez,you never realize how hard it is to weed out your true intrests from those mundane "Hey,that's kinda cool" intrests until you sit down to list them. |
| And for my last intrest,or at least the last one I'm adding to this page,it would have to be learning(Yes,you read that right) I am afflicted with needing to learn something on damn near any subject friends,aquaintances and even total strangers feel compelled to sit still and discuss. I also have a morbid curiosity in understanding(or at least making my best attempt to figure out) why people do what they do,say what they say,think the way they think,or basically why the are they way they are. |
| Okay,for those of you who don't agree that learning is an intrest,before you send me any email or long rants in my guestbook,here's my theory... It's my page,I wrote it,so if I say it's an intrest then it's an intrest. |
