06/02/2002 - CAC - Putnam Park, NY - Masters Titling Q1

6/1 - CAC USDAA Trial - at Putnam Park, NY - I decide to do a Blind Cross before the Tire after I walked the course. There was not enough room for that, and Magic ran past it. I brought her back and put her through it and then she started to shut down. She would not do the Weaves. At the Table she started to wander and rolled in the grass. She rolled into a Standard and the bars fell and startled her. Maybe she wont do that again! Hot and 80+. Diane Palmer said that her relatively slow (ie - not a Border Collie) dog Ringo was a Snooker Master. She said that 43-45 points seemed to be the Super-Q range. 45 points is 3 5s in the opening. I had been worried about the Super-Qs because that is the only class where she needs to beat a percentage of dogs and not just the clock.

6/2 - CAC USDAA Trial - at Putnam Park, NY - Cooler today in the 70s. I gave her Rescue, but then they ran Performance first, so it was 90-120 minutes prior to her run. She seemed eager to start, so I started as I approached the Tire. She might have bumped the Tire. I was handling on the right and used an RFP to get her to the Dogwalk. I Front Crossed after 4 and sent her into the Tunnel. She was a little slow making the transition and I was worried. She came out fine and I sent her to the Chute with an opposite hand then Rear Cross. She went down on the Table quickly. Her Weaves were fast and I pushed her out to the 16 Tunnel. I Front Crossed before the A-Frame and she cleared the Triple well despite the 45 angle. A Border Collie beats her by 6 seconds, but that is to be expected. 181 yds, 58 SCT, 51.77 3/16, 3.50 YPS, Masters Titling Q1 - Titling 1/2, Relay 0/0, Snookers 0/0/0, Jumpers 0/0, Gamblers 0/0

Note that in the picture, she is landing on her right lead, so she can turn right.
