05/25 - USDAA Y-Agility - Saratoga Springs, NY - Advanced Standard Q2
New schedule is now to use Rescue 1+ hour before her run, take her to pee 5 dogs
prior, take food to gate, then run with no warm-up. Magic is moved up to the
first dog at her height. While they are changing the jumps, she rolls on the
grass under the tent in the ring. There is a huge crowd (75-100) watching and
some are close to the start line. She is reluctant to sit, so I take a running
start with her on the left. I Front Cross after the Seesaw, then Blind Cross
after the Tunnel to swing her wide over the next Jump. I push her slightly
towards the Table, then call her over the Jump to the Tunnel. She starts the
Weaves a little slow, but then picks up speed and steps through them. I call
her to the Table and she seems a little slow, so I run to the far side and call
her. She downs immediately when I give her a hand signal. I swing her around
me to the Jump and Dogwalk. She beats me to the end and I am worried about the
contact, though she runs off the end. I Front Cross after the Chute and she
finishes well.
184 yds, 64 SCT, 55.49, 2/20, 3.32 YPS (making Masters time),
