Blinky is a tooth that presents the new shops of a company selling teeth care articles. He walks onto stage in a quarter circle, followed by two spotlights (some volumetric lights effect), the camera describing a different quarter circle while coming down from a higher position and zooming in. After 2.5 seconds he has reached his final position and starts talking "Blinky" - bows at the audiance - "proudly presents" - points to the left and smiles (another 2.5 seconds for this second part). He holds a tooth brush in his left hand which he uses to point to the left. The cinema spot is 20 seconds total and where my animation ends, pictures from one of these shops fly and rotate in, and a background voice gives details about the shops.

Problems while modeling and animating Blinky.

One basic fault was that I built Blinky as you see him on the picture above, with his arms pointing downwards. My idea was to build a creature that is a tooth that walks on his two roots and that has two additional roots that he uses as arms and hands. What I did was modeling him with all the roots pointing downwards what showed up to be a huge mistake especially for the arms. Blinky is not able to lift his arms and he has great difficults in pointing to the front (thats why he points to the left in the spot ;-).
