People that play magic now are to used to getting creatures out while playing their mana costs. I don�t. I always try to get creatures into play from bringing them back from the dead. Boo! They really don�t start off dead, however I discard my cards from my hand to raise my creatures into play. Yes, you might not survive in time to play these creatures, but if you can, then you stand a fairly good chance against any other deck. I have created a small list of cards that you can use to bring your monster back from the dead or to discard cards quickly.

This is a great way for your opponent to under estimate your strategy. You will have basically no creatures in play, that is until you play Balthor the defiled. You many huge black creatures like Visara the dreadful, Hypnox come into play for free in just one turn. If you want to win in a classic fashion, or sick of overrunning the opponent play Mortal combat. It is a great way to win the game.
