Miniature University Workshop: Stained Glass Greenhouse
Materials/Tools Needed Lists
Instructors: Dor Hatfield and Melissa Darnell

There are two ways to make this greenhouse, the more difficult but authentic looking way using popsicle sticks for a real wood frame, or the MUCH easier way using cardboard for the frame. The greenhouse pictured above was made using the real wood method, but took a LONG time to make!
Materials/Tools Needed for Making the Greenhouse in Lessons #2-3:
regular sized popsicle sticks OR a large cardboard box to cut the frame out of
white spraypaint or white acrylic paint (whichever you prefer to use)
large sheet of clear, stiff plastic (you can find this on boxes with large dolls inside, or get several pieces of this type of plastic from several products that are packaged in a plastic front that's been glued to a cardboard backing)
strong glue meant for attaching plastic to wood or cardboard (I used Bond 527 Multi-purpose Cement, but you could use a hot glue gun or an industrial strength glue from your local house building supply shop)
black permanent marker that has a fine tip
Gallery Glass window color paints in whatever color you want to use (the greenhouse above was made with Sunny Yellow)
small paint brush
foam core for the base
gift wrapping tape
craft knife

Materials/Tools Needed for Making Paper Landscaping in Lesson #4:
sheet of white printer paper
color printer
scissors
craft knife
white/school glue
