Officer Responsibilities

To contact us:

Presides at all meetings, acts as a liaison with other organizations and the community, organizes group activities with the help of the AVP, MVP & other board members. She is the liaison between our group and National MOMS Club and prepares reports on group activities as required by the National Organization, and is looked upon by the membership as the “balance” of the group, she delegates.

President

Assists the president in fulfilling her duties, assumes duties of president when she is unavailable. Undertakes & completes at least one charitable, humanitarian, or social welfare project related to children each year. Offers her assistance when it is needed.

Administrative Vice President

Shares with AVP duties of: Assisting the president in fulfilling her duties, assuming duties of president when she is unavailable. She organizes & completes at least one charitable, humanitarian, or social welfare project related to children each year. She offers her assistance when it is needed. Also, she promotes membership, publicizes the group to the community in coordination with the president, assists the treasurer in collecting dues, and coordinates hospitality at the meetings.

Membership Vice President

Compiles roster of all members at least once a year, coordinates or prepares any correspondence necessary for club operation, including the newsletter & calendar; with the president & board. Takes minutes at any business or board meeting and maintains files of all her work.

Secretary

Is responsible for all funds of the group. She deposits all funds in club bank account, maintains financial records,  receives and dispenses funds by the executive board at least once a year.
