MOMS ClubŪ of Kingman is a local chapter of the International MOMS ClubŪ, a non-profit organization committed to support the at-home or part-time working mother and the community in which she lives. It is a great opportunity to make friends for kids and their mothers.

The MOMS ClubŪ (MOMS Offering Moms Support) was started in California in 1983 by an at-home mother who was tired of being alone at home. After not finding any organizations that allowed her to include her young children, she decided to form a new organization for other at-home mothers and their children. There are now over 1500 chapters with more than 75,000 members world wide.

The Kingman chapter of MOMS ClubŪ was started in 1999 and has quickly grown since its inception. In its first year, the fledgling group donated money to the new Victim's Center in Kingman (Sarah's House), raised money to purchase Christmas gifts for foster children in the community, and donated money for a pool cover at the downtown toddler pool. The MOMS ClubŪ marched in the Andy Devine Days Parade in an effort to get our name out into the community. As a result, our chapter won the Outstanding Startup Award for our region.

We hope that you will join us and help us continue to make our community a better place.
