After another game of Cat and Mouse Breanna and Brian arrived at a parking structure near the Third Street Promenade. They all agreed to hang out for a couple of hours. There were celebrities in disguise and tourists all over. They felt safe there. Everyone walked around wondering into shops and watching the street performers. Two street performers stuck out the most. Two black young men decked out in oversized Nike pants and white T-shirts were interacting with the crowd and imitating celebrities. They were the best comedians Breanna had seen in a long time. After an hour of performing and making everyone laugh the guys started jokingly demanding money. "...and if you don't give us some cash, we're gonna rip on you" One of the guys yelled out as the crowd roared with laughter. The young men pulled out buckets and started running around the crowd collecting dollars from everyone. The people who didn't give them money were made fun of. One older Chinese man was the first victim. "Yo dragon! Give me Doll-lah." The second guy said while pulling his eyes back in an attempt to imitate the Chinese man. Both guys started acting like Jackie Chan before doing scenes from The Karate Kid. After a few minutes the man gave them a dollar. The next young man they saw was a tall, blonde guy dressed in Tommy clothes. "Yo, man, where's our money?" The first guy asked. The young man shrugged his shoulders. "C'mon you Backstreet Boy or 98 Degrees whatever the hell you're called. Where's our money?" The second one asked. With that the blonde boy handed them ten dollars to shut them up. "Damn, that was close." Nick muttered to his group of laughing friends. The street performers didn't really recognize Nick but some of the young faces in the crowd became suspicious. "Okay, let's check the rest of this joint out." AJ said. After a while Breanna pulled Eve away from Kevin. "I have an idea." She told her friend as they walked ahead of the guys. "Oh no. I know that tone of voice, B." Eve said sighing. "Just hear me out. I wanna get a tattoo. For Howie." Breanna said smiling to her friend. "WHAT?" Eve yelled making the guys stop in their tracks. "It's nothing." Breanna told the guys as she and Eve continued to walk. "What kind of tattoo, Breanna Tatiana?" Eve asked seriously. "Nothing noticeable. Nothing huge." Breanna explained. "You've only been with the guy for what, three months almost?" Eve complained. "Chill out. How long have you been with Kevin? If you weren't afraid of the pain, I'm sure you'd get one for him. Some place mysterious that he'd have to find...." Breanna said with a sly voice. Eve looked at her friend like she was from Mars. After another minute of thinking Eve nodded her head, a small smile crept across her face. "Okay! Let's do it!" With that both girls ran into one of the clothing stores, French Laundry, to plan what, where, how, and most importantly when they were going to get their new tattoos.

"Shopping? Again?" Kevin complained. "I'll see you guys later. I'll be across the street with Brok." Nick told Howie and Kevin. AJ and Alexei took off in another direction a few minutes earlier. Brian and Nick noticed two young women sitting at a table outside of a restaurant eating lunch. They were hungry and thought they'd try to talk to them, what the hell. Brian and Nick sat at a table next to the ladies. One of them looked up at Nick. "Hi." Nick said shyly. The young woman smiled in response and kept on talking to her friend. Her friend wasn't paying attention. She was staring at Brian. She recognized him. After a few minutes she started talking to her friend in another language. "That guy is from that famous music group. They both are!" The young woman said in Russian. "What group? What are their names?" The other girl asked. "I'd tell you but then they'd understand me. It's the group with the English name Back, Street, and Boys in it." The first young woman said, pronouncing all of the words in Russian. When her friend put the words into English her eyes became huge. Brian and Nick realized that the girls recognized them and became disappointed. "Oh, we gotta meet up with AJ!" Brian told Nick loudly as they got up to leave. "Later, ladies." Nick told them. "Man, we'll never find girls who don't recognize us." Nick said, thoroughly disappointed.

"So, we're stuck shopping with women." Kevin jokingly complained to Howie. Breanna and Eve were in the dressing rooms trying different things on. "Where are we gonna get them, Bree?" Eve asked. "Inner, upper thigh?" Breanna asked. "What about upper hip?" Eve suggested. "How about near our bikini line?" Breanna offered. "One of those places. We'll ask the tattoo person about locations. The least pain the better." Eve said. She walked out of the dressing room wearing a white cotton dress that tied with a satin ribbon around her breast. It was backless and tight around Eve's breast giving the illusion that she had bigger breasts than she really did. When she walked out of the dressing room Howie and Kevin both stood there, mouths hanging open in response. "So it looks okay?" Eve asked. Just then Breanna walked out of the dressing room wearing a long black dress that was very low cut revealing her breast almost entirely. It was completely backless going all the way down towards her tailbone. Breanna looked at Eve in amazement. That dress looked stunning on Eve. "Damn girl, you could turn me Bi if you wear that around me." Breanna told Eve without thinking. Howie and Kevin didn't realize that Breanna had exited her dressing room and were in complete shock with the statement she just made. "What!?" Eve yelled out laughing hysterically. "Oh my god!" Eve exclaimed when she saw the dress Breanna was wearing. Howie just stood there staring, not saying a word. "Breanna! You look...well...um....D?" Kevin asked his friend. "Say what's on your mind." Howie said still staring at Breanna. "You just look...wow...ummm..Is there another dress like that in Eve's size?" He asked looking around trying to find where that dress came from. Breanna laughed at Kevin. "B, don't laugh too much. You'll fall out of that thing." Eve commented laughing at her friend. Howie still stood there staring at Breanna in amazement. "Do you like it? I've seen it so many times here and I kept promising myself that when I lost weight I'd come back here and buy it." Howie only nodded his head, his fingers pinching his lips together while he stood in a daze. "I guess you like it." She said smiling to him. She walked over to him and gave him a small kiss on the lips. "I'd like it even more on my bedroom floor." He whispered in her ear.

Kevin found the same dress only in white and handed it to Eve. "I don't care how uncomfortable you are wearing it or how much it is. I'm getting this for you!" He told her. "Geez, you're horny!" She laughed at him. "Ever since I've arrived in town you've been sick. You bet your ass I'm horny." He growled into her ear. She glanced over to see Howie and Breanna in a slight makeout session, Breanna still wearing the black dress while Howie's hands roamed her back. "They've had sex! I can tell!" She whispered to Kevin who was leaning in for a kiss. "That's something I'd like to be doing right about now but I'll settle for a kiss." Eve couldn't resist his charm and kissed him passionately. Breanna, Howie, Kevin, and Eve were in the middle of the expensive, high class store making out. "Oh get a room!!" Nick and Brian yelled out in unison to the happy (and horny) couples. Both couples pulled away from each other laughing. "Holy shit!" Nick said pointing to Breanna. Brian saw Breanna and his mouth dropped to the floor. Eve had already walked back into her dressing room with the dress Kevin had handed her. Both guys were making a fuss over Breanna's dress when Eve walked back out. "Da da da DAMN!" Nick managed to get out. "Look, Frick!" Nick yelled. Brian turned around to see Eve. "Wow, Eve!" He exclaimed. "I think we need to go back to the hotel." Kevin commented. Everyone laughed at him. "Hey Cuz, try to keep it in your pants, k?" Brian teased. Howie was still in a daze over the dress Breanna was wearing. "Will you stop staring at me like that? You're making me uncomfortable." She told him. "It looks so good on you...my god..." He tried to explain to her. He started feeling around for his back pocket and pulled out his wallet, handing Breanna his credit card. "Buy it!" He demanded. "Howie, I have my own credit cards." She told him. "No, I want this to be a present for you." He told her. "Wouldn't it be a present for *you*?" She asked playfully. Howie only smiled in return.

After they got dressed the girls walked out of the dressing room with knowing smirks on their faces. "Oh no! What are you two planning?" Brian asked. "Nothing." They answered sweetly. "Yeah right. No woman can have that facial expression and say that without lying." Nick pointed out. "Yeah, we're lying but you're not gonna find out about what." Breanna told Nick. Brian could only laugh. After both dresses were paid for the girls decided to go get their tattoos. "Hey, we gotta go somewhere. We'll meet you guys at the pier in two hours." Breanna told them. "Where are you going?" Howie and Kevin asked at the same time. They looked at each other sideways like they were both crazy. Nick and Brian were rolling on the floor. "They have you both whooped!" Nick shouted. Both guys looked at Nick with an annoyed expression before turning back to Breanna and Eve. "Don't worry about it. We'll meet you at the pier." Eve told Kevin, giving him a small kiss. Breanna gave Howie a longer kiss before pulling away to join Eve. "Here, you can have the keys to the car. We really don't need it." Breanna said handing Howie the keys. "Tell Lex I let you drive if he has anything to complain about." She added. Without letting the guys say anything else both girls turned around and walked over to the Henna Tattoo artist. They seemed to talk to him for two minutes before leaving the Promenade all together.

"He said that it's a block from here near Santa Monica Blvd." Breanna told Eve. It took both girls ten minutes to walk there. "There it is!" Eve shouted pointing to a small building that had a neon tattoo display in front of it. Breanna and Eve entered the tattoo parlor a little hesitantly. After a deep breath Breanna walked up to a freaky looking woman. "Hi, my friend and I would like to get tattoos today. Small ones." She told the woman. The woman looked up at Breanna and Eve and smiled. "Sure. It's Tuesday so it's slow today. What kind of tattoos did you want?" She asked with a bubbly attitude that made Breanna and Eve more comfortable. "I want one in an area where my boyfriend would have to find it. So does she. I want an angel with the words 'Sweet D' written on the wings." Breanna explained. "Sounds easy. Okay, what about you?" She asked Eve. "I want a rose with 'Kev' written on one of the leafs." Eve explained. "No problem." The woman replied. After filling out some safety forms and hearing all about the care of the tattoo they met the tattoo artists. Both girls decided to get their tattoos on their upper hip where there was more body fat. It was less painful and if they wore bikini's the tattoos would still be covered up, unless they wore string bikini's, but both girls agreed they wouldn't. Both girls received their tattoos at the same time, and both were in a lot of pain. Breanna ignored the pain while Eve closed her eyes tight and clenched her teeth. After two hours both girls paid for their tattoos and started walking to the pier. "Thank god I'm wearing a dress. But my panties are rubbing near it." Breanna complained. "Breanna, just take 'em off." Eve joked. "If Howie touches me there I'm gonna smack him!" Breanna said angrily. Eve only laughed at her friend.
