2 Med Potatoes Pared and
diced 2 Slices Onion - chopped up fine 1 t. Salt 1 cup Hot milk 1 Stalk Celery
Sliced and diced very fine 1/3 cup Water Dash pepper Combined potatoes, onion and
salt in a saucepan; add boiling water. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Do
not drain. Mash potatoes with a fork; add milk, pepper and celery. More milk may be
added if soup is too thick.
Serve hot.
