2 lbs lean ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Worcestershire sauce 1 to 2 tsp
Dijon mustard about 1 to 2 tsp
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Pack Dry Onion soup mix
mix well and add Smoked BBQ sauce till holds together well.

Mix everything in with meat and knead, if needed may add more bread crumbs but put in
bbq sauce slowly. When done let sit at least 1 hour, then brush burgers both side with a
mixture of

BBQ Sauce - Dijon Mustard - and grill
