Preboil A Chicken Cut up till 2/3 of way done
Remove from water and drain well
Brush with mixture of BBQ Sauce, salt, pepper, mayo, lemon juice and worcestershire
sauce. I make this myself so I will guess at quantities
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp worcestshire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
blend well and keeps well in fridge,
Also a god marinade for small steaks for the grill
