5 to 6 cups wide egg noodles 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1 cup whipping cream 1 1/2 cups julienned fully cooked meat any kind 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup thinly slice or diced onions 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper Dash garlic powder if desired
Cook noodles, meanwhile in skillet over med heat melt the butter stir in the whipping cream, bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add ham, cheese, onions salt and pepper heat through. Drain noodles add to mixture and heat well, Makes about 4 servings.
Sometimes if I have fresh mushrooms I add a few slivers of them too.
