Take about 3 to 4 cups chopped tomatoes, I use ones with spots and starting to soften.
In a bowl place tomato, add 5 cloves of garlic crushed or wet type ground up, 1 green pepper chopped 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce, 1 lb cheese sliced.
In a microwave safe bowl mix the ingredients ---except for cheese------- and cook on high for about 5 minutes.
Remove and blend in cheese until smooth. Serve with French rolls cut into pieces, can be dipped in the tomato fondue or spooned on Report problems
