2 tbsp olive or veggie oil 1 lb bone in chicken thighs skin removed 1/2 lb smoked sausage cut into 2 in pieces 1/2 c sliced celery 1 can peeled tomatoes undrained and chopped 3/4 c water 1 pkg Lipton Skillet Rice salsa style 3 green onions thinly sliced in a skillet heat oil over med to hi heat and brown chicken and sausage stirring occasionally about 7 mins. Add celery and cook stirring occasionally about 1 min. Stirin tomatoes water and skillet rice. Briong ot a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 20 mins. Sprinkle with green onions and let stand covered 5 mins. Serve with warm flour tortillas
