8 Slices Bacon 1/2 Cup Vinegar 1/2 tsp. Sugar Salt & Pepper to Taste
Chop bacon into small pieces and fry until crispy. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar a little at a time. Add sugar, salt and pepper stirring it constantly. Return to heat for 1-2 minutes, pour over salad. Makes 1/2 of a cup.
